This is just one of the nuggets we uncovered recently when building the business case for leasing green spaces.
While we are usually in the position to make the case for green
buildings for owners and developers, this was not a difficult case to make. In fact when we began pulling statistics together we found a river of information. There was so much that it made good sense to generate a document for re-use. One of our clients, who is with a global property management firm, has already put it to use. He is a green broker and works with tenants moving into commercial spaces.
